Resource Description
This resource is suitable for students in performing classes such as chorus, band, or orchestra but can be expanded to a general music class.This project is in the form of a Google Slideshow. It begins with a description of the project for the director followed by a presentation for the students. In this project, students are writing program notes for a piece. This project also works very well as a cross-curricular exercise, as students are practicing writing skills while interacting with the music. This can be downloaded as a PDF or Google Slideshow.
